Refund Policy

Deposits. Deposits secure your event date. Whether a deposit is refundable, and by when, is stated in your written quote.
Cancellations. If you cancel, any refund is handled according to the terms in your written quote. If we must cancel, we will refund amounts paid for services not delivered.
How to request a refund. Email us with your name, event date, and the reason for your request. We will reply with a decision and, if approved, issue the refund to the original payment method.
